We are responsible for employing staff in teaching and administration for the University of St.Gallen. For employment in institutes, centres and research divisions, please contact the personnel managers there.
We are happy to provide individual answers to employment questions from our professors, permanent and assistant lecturers. You can find information on employment for lecturers and faculty members in "FacultyWeb" under "services".
For all other employees of the University, the documents and conditions below apply.
Required forms:
- Personnel data sheet, signed and mailed to the responsible personnel department (HRS or personnel director of the institutes) with all listed attachments.
- Application for setting up children's and educational funds (if you have children)

For employment starting from 1 Jan 2010, the above listed requirements and forms for employment also apply to assistants at institutes and centres or in research positions.
For all other employees at institutes, centres and research positions, the above listed information and forms are applicable. Your own personnel supervisor will inform you of any other conditions of employment not mentioned here.
